When you log on to the collection area, we will suggest the next possible collection date by default. It is not possible to choose a different collection date.
To access your Colissimo website, use your ID and your temporary password that was provided when created your contract. After authentication, you will be redirected to the initial login form in which you must enter the contract email and the temporary password.
Your login details will be sent to you when you open your Colissimo Corporate account. If, however, you cannot find them, please contact our Customer Service Department on 0825.878.888
To make it easier for you to present your delivery solutions on your website, Colissimo provides you with the Communication Kit, which can be accessed from the Tools and Services section or from the homepage. You will find all the graphics and language components you need.
These terms are used for shipments outside the European Union or to French overseas departments and territories. Shipments to these destinations may be subject to duties and taxes, depending on the import destination's duty-free thresholds.
DAP stands for ‘Delivered At Place’. This is the default Incoterm. In this context, it is the consignee who pays the duties and taxes on delivery.
DDP stands for ‘Delivered Duty Paid’. As the sender, you can choose this option when creating your transport label for Colissimo Domicile with signature shipments (International or Overseas). With DDP, the sender pays the import duties and taxes. The sender has the option of integrating them into the order tunnel. In this way, e-buyers are fully aware of the price of their purchase and there are no unpleasant surprises on delivery. Find out more about the DDP option.
