Within the Services-Courrier-Colis Division, Colissimo is ISO 9001 certified for its marketing, sales, production and customer relationship management activities as well as for the management of its associated territorial operations.

The activities related to the transport and delivery to individuals of parcels weighing less than 30kg in France and abroad have been ISO 14001 certified since July 2010.

The Services-Courrier-Colis branch has renewed its Diversity label, in recognition of its active policy in favour of equal opportunities and in the fight against discrimination. This label recognises the commitment and effectiveness of its measures in favour of equal opportunities, both for employees and for stakeholders.
Extra-financial performance that positions La Poste among the leaders
La Poste Group is assessed annually by extra-financial rating agencies in order to position our CSR strategy as well as our ambition and objectives. The associated ratings are proof of the robustness of our approach. They allow us to justify our positioning to all our stakeholders, both investors and customers.
For several years, La Poste has been ranked No. 1 worldwide by numerous agencies.
Vigeo and EcoVadis (French) assess the company's overall CSR performance, while ISS ESG, CDP and Sustainalytics are more specific to CO2 and the transport/logistics sector.
We are very proud to obtain these levels of recognition: the benchmarks are increasingly demanding and our competitors are improving too!
