Yes, as indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, if you make a collection request without handing over any parcel to the agent, you will be invoiced a travel fee of €2.50 excl. VAT.
You can change your address or your contact information directly from the Collection area in the "My information" tab.
In this case, there will be no automatic collection on the next working day. You will therefore have to make a new collection request for the following day or drop off your parcels at a post office or courier establishment.

Advanced management allows you to give a consolidated view (on the parcel tracking tool) of your various customer accounts to the users of your choice and/or to give your partners the possibility of printing postage labels and tracking your parcels, without giving them access to confidential data such as the invoice. The user thus created is offered, subject to the administrator's choices, the possibility of using the web services and applications on behalf of their partner (administrator).
