You can create "web user" accounts from the My account section after you have logged in. The number of user accounts is not limited. You can, for each user, define which applications you want to give them access to.
You can track your parcels from the Colissimo Box customer area using the Parcel Tracking Tools application.
Your Parcel Tracking Tools application, accessible from the homepage, allows you to track up to 20,000 parcels over a period of 90 days and to contact our online Customer Service with any complaints.
Depending on the volume of your parcels and the service offer you wish to use, Colissimo provides different solutions for printing postage labels for your parcels.
The Colissimo Entreprise online service offer allows you to easily send your parcels directly from the application available in your Customer Area, with no obligation. It gives you access to Colissimo home delivery service offers (France, Overseas, International).
With the Colissimo Enterprise service offer available under contract, you can choose from our three technical solutions for managing the postage labelling of your parcels (Turnkey, Web Service, Specific Development). Each of these solutions will allow you to access Colissimo's home and non-home delivery service offers (France, Overseas, International) as well as our return solutions, including letterbox returns. To access your Colissimo website, use your ID and your temporary password that was provided when created your contract. After authentication, you will be redirected to the initial login form in which you must enter the contract email and the temporary password.
