By default, return labels do not have an expiration date. However, if you opt for secure code returns, the validity period is 90 days.
It is up to your company to define its return policy and decide whether or not to accept a refund based on the return period that has been set.

- Your customer prints their return label, or retrieves it directly from the package you sent, and sticks the label on a return package.
