ColiShip automatically displays the customs documents to be completed (CN23) when you send a parcel to a country subject to customs. This does not apply to European Union countries. In other words, only non-EU countries, major export countries, specific EU territories and French overseas territories are subject to customs formalities.

FAQ
For international and overseas destinations (with the exception of the 5 departments in zone OM1), the customs documents to enclose with your Colissimo International & Outre-mer shipments are as follows:
- 3 copies of the CN23 customs declaration
- 2 copies of the commercial or pro forma invoice (0% VAT for shipments outside the EU).
Then :
- Slide all documents into a transparent plastic pouch.
- Glue this pouch to the packaging, preferably on the same side as the shipping label.
These documents must not be glued directly to the packaging, but must remain accessible via the pouch, so that they can be picked up by customs.
Please note : the shipper is required to keep a copy of the CN23 within the legal time limit as proof of export for tax purposes, so a total of 4 copies of the CN23 are required.
In the 5 overseas departments of the OM1 (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion and Mayotte), the process is 100% digitized and the Post Office operates end-to-end, so there is no need for any paper documents to be attached to the packaging.
To frank a parcel for delivery to a ColiShip pick-up point (post office, pick-up relay, left-luggage office, etc.), you need to start by filling in your “Sender” and “Consignee” fields. Once you've filled in your recipient's details, the “Pick-up point” field will be available via the pick-up point identifier or a zip code.
Don't forget to fill in your recipient's contact details (e-mail, telephone) so that we can inform your customer when their parcel is ready for collection.
Labels can be printed on office printers and self-adhesive thermal label printers. ColiShip offers label downloads by default; to print labels directly, you need to download the ColiShip module on the “Settings” page. Once you've installed the module and logged in with your username and password, you'll need to enter certain mandatory parameters, such as printer type and connection mode. We recommend the Zebra ZD230 and Zebra ZT231 printers, but all printers compatible with the PDF format and DPL and ZPL languages will work.
Some customers may experience difficulties due to incorrect settings in this menu, so please check the information entered and validate any changes. It is also possible that the problem is due to the printer or the connection mode, in which case we advise you to try printing with another connection mode, or if you can, to use another printer to find out the source of the problem.
Recommended thermal printers : Zebra ZD230, Zebra ZT231
Compatible thermal printers : printers accepting ZPL or DPL language and 203 or 300 dpi resolution
You can create multiple users for an account, so that you can use ColiShip on several computers at once. To do this, you can create users from the user management interface, accessible in your Colissimo Box “My account” section.
If you wish to use the same user to frank several accounts, you must have an “advanced user” profile with franking rights. See how to do this here.
