To modify or cancel a traffic fluctuation, simply go to the Colissimo Collecte selfcare in the "My requests" tab and cancel your request. Please note that your request must be made 48 hours before the start of the fluctuation.
No. A fluctuation in traffic does not result in any additional costs. The price per parcel collected remains unchanged.
You can request or return containers via the Colissimo Collecte environment using the dedicated function.
There is no charge for the provision of containers.
If you wish to stop the collection service, simply inform your sales representative.
