Your Colissimo sales representative remains your primary contact.
For any technical questions regarding the configuration or installation of the widget, please contact the HexaGO technical team.
After subscribing to the Colissimo France Return service with your Colissimo sales representative, the return label can be generated using several technical solutions offered by Colissimo: ColiShip, Web Service, or the Colissimo CMS module.
The label can be:
- Printed and inserted into the outgoing package;
- Sent by email;
- Downloadable from your e-commerce site;
- Printed at a post office or Pickup point, if using the secure code return service.
Information explaining how to drop off your return package must be sent along with the return label.
Tracking is carried out via the Parcel Tracking Tool on the Colissimo Box using the parcel number.
In addition, for more comprehensive management, the delivery indicator dashboard on the Colissimo Box allows you to view returns according to the drop-off method (post office, Pickup relay, mailbox, and lockers).
For information, access to certain tools and features in the secure area requires authorization from a company administrator.
