If you want to change information regarding your Colissimo Collecte, you can do so from your Colissimo Collecte environment.

Not all information can be changed. For example, you can modify the following data:

• Surname / First name of the collection contact

• Telephone / E-mail of the collection contact

• Door code, floor etc.

• Company name of the collection contact

• The average size of the parcel

• The opening and closing times of your premises

Please get in touch with your sales representative if your request concerns the modification of the following information:

• Street No.

• Place name / Additional address details

• Town/City

• Postcode

• New collection time or time slot

• Add or remove collection days

• Revise volume

The price of the collection is calculated from the volume commitment defined with the sales representative at the time of subscription.

Depending on the volume of your parcels and the service offer you wish to use, Colissimo provides different solutions for printing postage labels for your parcels.

The Colissimo Entreprise online service offer allows you to easily send your parcels directly from the application available in your Customer Area, with no obligation. It gives you access to Colissimo home delivery service offers (France, Overseas, International).

With the Colissimo Enterprise service offer available under contract, you can choose from our three technical solutions for managing the postage labelling of your parcels (Turnkey, Web Service, Specific Development). Each of these solutions will allow you to access Colissimo's home and non-home delivery service offers (France, Overseas, International) as well as our return solutions, including letterbox returns. You can create "web user" accounts from the My account section, after logging in. The number of user accounts is not limited. For each of these users, you will be able to define the applications to which you wish to give them access.
