Yes, the Pickme Neighbor can refuse if the parcel is damaged or empty by taking a photo of the parcel.
Pickme Neighbors are constantly evaluated to ensure their reliability. They are referenced on the map according to the following criteria:
- Score given by the recipient out of 10;
- Delivery failure rate;
- Speed of contact ;
- Speed of delivery;
- Commitment rate over the last 7 and 30 days.
Each Pickme Neighbor is validated by Pickme services, and his or her profile is analyzed and validated manually (ID uploaded).
Since May 2025, it has been possible to access a data history depth greater than 31 days, i.e. 120 days, allowing the current month and the last 3 months to be displayed.
For the moment, only data for deliveries to mainland France, from mainland France to international destinations and from mainland France to overseas territories (OM1 + OM2) are available in the delivery indicators dashboard.
Flows from the French overseas departments to Metropolitan France, International and Intra/Inter DOM are not available. They will be available in a future version of the delivery indicators dashboard.
To calculate delivery performance, it is necessary for parcels to be presented/delivered, or for the planned delivery date to be exceeded.
The parcels evaluated correspond to the percentage of parcels for which it is possible to calculate delivery performance. For example, on yesterday's date, some of the parcels taken over have not yet been presented and cannot have a delivery event. They are therefore neither delivered early, nor on time, nor late.
