Delivery to a pickup point allows your customers to have their packages delivered to one of our local locations (La Poste locations [post offices, municipal postal agencies, etc.], Pickup Retailer Locations, Pickup Lockers, or Voisins-Relais). This delivery method offers greater flexibility and personalized assistance when picking up their packages.

Pickup is a subsidiary of the La Poste Group and works closely with La Poste-Colissimo to offer your customers a wide range of pickup locations (retail pickup points and lockers) throughout France.

Your customer can find a nearby pickup location using the map or list that you provide on your website when they select their delivery options.
