Yes, by implementing the “delivery date in the checkout process” feature. This feature allows you to estimate the delivery date with 97% accuracy in the Île-de-France region and 93% accuracy in the rest of the country. You can contact your Colissimo representative to have them activate it for you.
Your customer is notified by email and/or text message of the various stages of delivery and when their package is available at the pickup location. They are also notified by email only when their package is available at a post office and/or a local postal branch.
- As part of the On-Demand Pickup service, you can request pickup of up to 15 packages on the morning of the eligible day, with no minimum volume requirement. To make a request, go to your Colissimo Box Online Account and click on the “Schedule a Pickup – On-Demand Pickup” tool available on the home page.
You can also configure your order orchestrator to automate pickup requests as soon as packages are ready to ship.
