Improve your logistics with our tailored collection solutions

"We use Colissimo Domicile (with signature confirmation and mailbox delivery), Colissimo Point Relais, as well as the Overseas and International services for our shipments outside mainland France. We also take advantage of the package pickup service at our warehouse, which consistently provides a very satisfactory level of service.

The quality of the delivery service has had a direct impact on our customer satisfaction (reliability of promised delivery times, low rates of failed deliveries and lost packages).

The extended holding period at pickup points and post offices has helped reduce returns due to customers failing to pick up their packages—a problem that is common with other carriers.

The network’s extensive coverage, even in small towns, is a real asset for reaching our entire customer base.

Finally, from an operational standpoint, online tracking and proactive communication of the estimated delivery date have helped significantly reduce the volume of support tickets and calls related to order tracking."

At Nouvojour, we chose Colissimo for the reliability of its network and the quality of its service. Delivery is a key aspect of the customer experience on an e-commerce site; with Colissimo, we guarantee optimal service quality that aligns with our standards.

"We founded Maman Natur’elle in 2007, and 20 years later we continue to manage all of our company’s processes in-house, including logistics—which is quite rare in our industry. We’re a very small business and an e-commerce retailer that stays close to our customers in a niche market where quality and fast delivery are particularly important (expectant mothers and new parents). We needed a shipping partner who could also advise us on our operations during our early years, and that’s exactly what Colissimo provided. Over the years, we’ve learned that having a trusted, long-standing partner—especially when we’re facing crises (such as the COVID-19 pandemic, for example)—is essential for the company’s longevity.

We need a local contact for daily pickups, reliable software for order processing, and responsive, professional customer service. That’s exactly what we get with Colissimo’s solutions. As a very small business, if we encounter even the slightest IT issue, we don’t have 10 developers on-site to fix it—Colissimo’s technical support team is always there to help us effectively. Having a dedicated sales representative is a major advantage; we review our contract annually with someone who visits our offices and truly understands our challenges.

Our customers value the principles we uphold when selecting products for our catalog, and they place just as much importance on our choice of shipping carrier—whether in terms of price, geographic coverage, or on-time delivery.”

Choosing Colissimo therefore ensures that we project a consistent image to our customers while guaranteeing that, from both a technical and business standpoint, we are respected and supported—even as a very small business.

"We were looking for a trusted partner for our e-commerce shipments and our marketing campaigns.

With Colissimo, we found a partner with a global presence whose delivery quality is well-established. Delivery times are consistently met.

Flexible pickup schedules, secure shipments, package tracking, prompt response times, and staff availability were all key factors in our expectations. We’ve received a truly personalized service; Colissimo’s sales team has been exceptional in their support. Our requests are taken into account, and our disputes are resolved within the specified timeframes. Thanks to our volume, we were able to benefit from attractive rates that allow us to remain competitive in the international market. When we entrust our packages to Colissimo, we are confident that they will reach the recipient without any issues. This solution is ideal for any company seeking a superior quality service.

As we’ve grown, Colissimo has always supported us through our evolution."

"We needed a company capable of delivering our packages safely and quickly. We were looking for a simple, comprehensive solution that would give us peace of mind and, above all, reassure our customers.

The Colissimo Entreprise service is very comprehensive. Whether it’s managing pickups, tracking packages, or using the ColiShip module to prepay postage, everything is well-designed, easy to use, and clear.

I recommend this solution because it gives us peace of mind from start to finish. Whether it’s creating labels or tracking packages, everything is simple and intuitive. Even if there’s a delivery issue, opening a support ticket is easy, and the support team is very responsive."

"At OCNI Factory, we were looking for a reliable logistics partner capable of guaranteeing fast deliveries and a high-quality customer experience. With Colissimo, we now benefit from very fast delivery times—both to homes and at pickup locations. This speed and flexibility directly contribute to our customers’ satisfaction and reinforce the perception of quality associated with our brand.

We also appreciate the overall reliability of the service, the simplicity of the pickup system, and the efficiency of customer service, which is always responsive when needed."

We recommend Colissimo for the quality of its support, its consistency, and its ability to meet the needs of a company that prioritizes the customer experience.
