  • At a post office: 15 calendar days from the date the recipient is notified of the package’s arrival;
  • At a Retail Pickup Point or Voisin-Relais: 14 calendar days from the date the recipient is notified of the package’s arrival;
  • In a parcel locker: 5 calendar days.

These delivery times are subject to change during peak periods.

If the pickup period expires and the package is not picked up by the recipient in time, it will be returned to you.

Colissimo provides the following in the Package Tracking Tool:

  • a “package delivered” status update;
  • and you can also view your customer’s signature.

The pickup code also serves as a signature.

If your customer’s package is not at the pickup location:

  1. Check to make sure the package has been delivered using the Package Tracking Tool;
  2. Check the holding period (if the package has not been picked up within the allotted time, it may be returned to you);
  3. Check the pickup location address: the pickup location selected at checkout may be temporarily unavailable. In this case, your customer’s package is automatically transferred to the new pickup location closest to the one originally chosen. Your customer will, of course, be notified by email of the new pickup location.

There are three specific solutions for displaying pickup locations on your e-commerce site:

Pickup Point Widget
This solution provides a list or map of pickup points that you can directly integrate into your checkout process. The widget can be customized to match your brand’s visual identity. This is the solution used to display pickup points in various CMS platforms (Prestashop, Shopify, Magento 2, Oxatis, WooCommerce, WIX).

Pickup Point Web Service
The web service provides a real-time list of pickup points. This technical solution allows your customers to choose their pickup point directly within your interface.
By retrieving the WS feed, you can, for example, offer multiple carriers on the same pickup point map. This solution requires more development work than the widget. For more information, please consult our online documentation

Pickup Point File
The pickup point file allows you to create your own pickup point selection interface, tailored to your site. Colissimo sends you the file containing all pickup points every day at 5 a.m. This is a stable solution that gives you autonomy and ensures daily data updates. You can also display multiple carriers on the same pickup point map.
