If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot password" link in the Login section. You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to create your new password, and thus access the features of your customer area.
If you are unable to access them, it means that your contract does not allow you to take advantage of these features. In this case, do not hesitate to contact your sales representative to change your contract.
You can create "web user" accounts from the My account section after you have logged in. The number of user accounts is not limited. You can, for each user, define which applications you want to give them access to.
