Insofar as dangerous goods are subject to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), the package must display a diamond indicating that it contains dangerous goods in Limited Quantity:

As shipments to overseas destinations are made by air, no dangerous goods are permitted, with the exception of batteries under certain conditions.
The declaration for shipping dangerous goods must be made in advance with our Safety Experts, who will indicate the Limited Quantity (LQ) of dangerous goods authorized per package and enable the opening of the exemption option.
When posting, the sender indicates the category of dangerous goods associated with their merchandise and complies with the Limited Quantity (LQ) of dangerous goods per package. They do not need to declare the contents of their package.
