To find the correct zip code, we suggest you consult the postal directory of communes to find out which zip code and commune to use, especially if you're making a change: https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/base-officielle-des-codes-postaux/
You can export the list of zip codes, or search for information by clicking on the “ouvrir sur explore.data.gouv.fr” button.
You can create several labels from a parcel file imported into ColiShip.
First, go to “Settings”, “Import” tab, then select your import method (“Manual import” by uploading a file from the interface, or “Import by scanning" via a folder on your computer). You will need to install the ColiShip module to use the folder scanning method.
Next, you need to configure the import format, i.e. the fields and their order in the file, to enable ColiShip to find your information in your future files. Don't forget to validate.
Finally, go to the “Automatic franking” menu and transmit the file: the prepared packages will appear one after the other. You can then print, modify or delete them.
You'll need time to validate your account once you've subscribed: on average, you'll need to wait 1 to 2 days before you can start franking once you've received your login details.
Labels are invoiced when they are used on a parcel delivered in the Colissimo network: the creation of a label is therefore not invoiced until you have used it.
It is possible to import your items into ColiShip to facilitate the creation of customs documents, which require the presentation of the complete contents and market value of each parcel.
To do this, go to “Settings”, “International settings” tab, and either create each item manually, or import a file containing the items following the suggested template. You can view the items registered in ColiShip on the same page.
