To subscribe to the Colissimo On Demand service, you must go to your selfcare Colissimo Box and previously subscribed to a Facilité contract or a Privilige contract.

Customs declarations are mandatory for all parcels shipped to countries outside the European Union as well as for specific territories and French Overseas Territories. The information on the customs declaration is used by the customs authorities to establish customs duties and taxes, compile international trade statistics and conduct targeted checks.*

Colissimo uses the SHA-1 encryption method, this algorithm is used to convert data into hexadecimal from an encryption key and a given character string: the signature. The encryption key is provided by Colissimo. It is unique and generated by the application. It enables you to calculate your signature.

The purpose of the signature is to guarantee that the data transmitted to the delivery method choice page will not be modified later. In particular, it renders memorising the call URL in a browser unusable.
The calculation and the list of the calling parameters composing the signature are included in the Integration Guide for the Delivery Method Selection Page.

ColiShip, the online franking tool, lets you generate labels and prepare your parcel shipments, once you've subscribed to a Colissimo contract. To access it, you need to log in with your Colissimo Box login and password. 

You'll find the following features in ColiShip: 

• The ability to generate labels for outbound/return, Metropolitan France, Overseas, International, Home, Collection point...
• The options available to you: insurance, DDP option, etc.

The following information is essential: a shipping address, a destination address, a telephone number, an evaluation of the weight, the offer and options for delivery of the parcel. 

Important : only parcels handed over to Colissimo are invoiced. There is no invoicing per printed label.
