2 cases are possible:
1st case, you've lost your password. To retrieve it, click on "Forgot my password?" at the bottom of the login window.
This will take you to a new page, where you just need to enter your username* and the e-mail address for your Colissimo Entreprise account. Then click on the "Send" button to receive a link by e-mail, enabling you to easily create your new password.
2nd case, you've lost your Colissimo Box login. To retrieve it, please contact our technical support team on 0 241 742 088 (Free service + call charge) - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am to 6pm.
NB* : Your login corresponds to your 6-digit account number, provided to you when you opened your Colissimo Entreprise account in order to access your customer area.
