In an effort to better support you and protect your informations, La Poste Groupe & Colissimo's technical teams have decided to remove the TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocol versions in order to guarantee the encryption of HTTPS flows and to comply with cybersecurity standards.
This evolution will impact our APIs and Web Services solutions as well as access to online tools depending on the browser version you use.

As of February 13, 2023, TLS 1.2 minimum for all your tools
Online tools
If you regularly consult the Colissimo Box or use online tools such as ColiShip or the Parcel Tracking Tool, make sure that the browser you are using is compatible with TLS version 1.2 or higher or update it.
Recommended browser versions :
- Internet Explorer : Desktop & mobile | version 11
- Edge : Desktop & mobile | all versions available
- Mozilla Firefox : Desktop| versions 27 and more
- Google Chrome : Desktop | versions 33 and more
- Google Android Os Browser : versions 5.0 (Lollipop) or 6.0 (Marshmallow) and more
- Apple Safari : Desktop | versions 7 and more for OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and more, Mobile | version 5 and more for iOS 5 and more

- Assistance in case of malfunction or difficulties after integration of the technical solution

Assistance in the event of a breakdown, anomaly or incident on the applications in your customer area (Parcel Tracking Tool, ColiShip, Colissimo Return).
A file number will be sent to you by Customer Solutions Support when the request is taken into account.
