Yes, you can track your shipments from all stores in the network using the Package Tracking Tool in your Colissimo Box Online Account.
A store cannot enter into a Ship From Store contract on its own, even if the shipping labels are prepared by headquarters and sent to the store.
The contract must be entered into by the brand’s headquarters.

For On-Demand Pickup, the store can cancel its pickup through its Colissimo Box customer portal. To do so, click on “Cancel my pickup.” Please note that this can only be done by 1:00 PM on the selected day.
For Colissimo Pickup (regular pickup), the store must contact the facility in charge of the pickup to notify them no later than 1:00 PM on the same day. Otherwise, the pickup cannot be canceled, and you may be charged for the trip.
After three visits in a month without any packages being dropped off, La Poste reserves the right to terminate the service.
Once Colissimo has approved the contract, setup is quick and easy.
Installation:
An appointment is scheduled at each store to verify access conditions and install an NFC chip that enables tracking of the pickup. Our teams contact the stores directly to schedule this appointment.

On-Demand Pickup: Pickups are scheduled whenever you wish.
