Yes, after subscribing, you can create a new user and assign them the “Custom Notifications” right. From the “User Management” page in the My Account section, click on “Set up my services” and then “Custom Notifications.”

Yes, you can subscribe to the option from the Colissimo Box with an administrator account. Log in to the Colissimo Box via the link https://www.colissimo.entreprise.laposte.fr/en/my-account, then click on Manage my offers.

Yes, when configuring the “Custom notifications” option, you can send us the list of sub-accounts to which the customization should be applied. You can also send us the information at a later date.

Yes, it is certainly possible to offer your customers carriers other than Colissimo (though our customers are very satisfied with our services 😉; learn more).
Please note that when using the pickup point widget, it is not possible to display other carriers on a map or list of pickup points provided by Colissimo.

If you have any questions about integrating the widget, you can submit a request to our technical support team by logging into the “My Contacts” section of the Colissimo Box or by calling 0 241 742 088, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (free service + standard call charges apply). You can also contact your usual sales representative or Colissimo customer service representatives using this contact form.
