To view your collected parcels, go to your Colissimo Collecte environment via the Colissimo Box. You will find your collected parcels in the "My collected parcels" section.

You can inform the collection site via the Colissimo Collecte environment system using the "Inform my collection agent" function.
You can report your traffic fluctuations over a maximum period of 30 days by going to the "My activity" section of your Colissimo Collecte environment dashboard. Important: for your changes to be taken into account, you must declare them 48 hours before the desired implementation date.
In this case, the collection agent will only take the volume of parcels stipulated in the contract (1 to 800 parcels per day).
To modify or cancel a traffic fluctuation, simply go to the Colissimo Collecte selfcare in the "My requests" tab and cancel your request. Please note that your request must be made 48 hours before the start of the fluctuation.
