The price of the DDP option for the United Kingdom is €10 excluding VAT per parcel.
When choosing the DDP option, you must pre-calculate the VAT and customs fees and your English customer will have to pay them at the time of the order. He/she will not have to pay any customs fees upon delivery.
When you log on to the collection area, we will suggest the next possible collection date by default. It is not possible to choose a different collection date.

Yes, and this will continue until the reform takes effect (September 1, 2026). For residential customers, the last paper bill will be sent in early August. The bill issued in early September (covering services for the month of August) will be sent electronically to your approved platform.
