Administrators can link existing users to their account. To do this, they need to obtain the user key of the person they wish to link to and submit it in the "Link Advanced User" section. For more information, you can consult the user guide.

The user key is the technical identifier allowing an advanced user to be attached to an administrator account and to receive delegations of rights. The user key can be transmitted to partners to receive delegation on their accounts. For advanced users, it can be found in the "My account" section under the heading "Edit my account".
User tags are references linked to the user and allow administrators to optimise parcel tracking in the parcel tracking tool. Tags are added to the advanced user by the administrator when requesting the creation of an account. They also allow the administrator to limit the tracking of a user to the tags to which they are linked. This way, the user will only see parcels with the same tags as them.
The Parcel Tracking Tool application is available in the Tools and Services section of your customer area. To access your secure customer area, you need a login (your customer account number) and a password. This information was given to you when you opened your account. Once logged in, you will be able to access all your applications.
