Together with our partners, we’ve developed increasingly efficient logistics solutions — parcel tracking, delivery notifications, faster shipping, simplified returns via letterbox or pick-up point — to meet the expectations of online shoppers and help merchants offer a seamless, high-performing, and responsible experience.
Today, we continue to innovate to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s e-commerce:
- Flexibility: Home delivery within narrower time slots, pick-up point and locker delivery options
- Security and transparency: Real-time tracking and new options such as secure deliveries and returns using a code
- Eco-responsibility: Deployment of greener solutions, including 100% carbon-free delivery in Paris (and soon in 22 major French cities), and a 53% reduction in CO₂ emissions per parcel between 2013 and 2024 — now averaging 281g CO₂ per parcel.
