For more than a year now, we have been going through an unprecedented and complex period that has impacted our daily lives as citizens, professionals and the entire transport and delivery ecosystem.

In view of the improvement in the health situation, the national decontamination process and the lifting of health constraints in our country, we are able to reactivate our services.

 

General information applicable to all our service offers

 

Collection, drop-off and delivery of parcels:

  • Handling of parcels up to 30kg (20kg for the Pick-up Points) : active

From 1 July 2021, we will once again deliver parcels over 1 m and still within the 150 cm limit as proposed in our offer.

Compensation in case of delay at a national level, for all your parcels delivered from D+3 (based on 25% of the Colissimo rate) D+4 (based on 75% of the Colissimo rate), to D+5 (based on 100% of the Colissimo rate), to D+6 (based on 125% of the Colissimo rate).

Colissimo Domicile

Delivery without signature to a letterbox: active

Parcels that fit into a letterbox can have a maximum size of 32cm x 24cm x 24cm. These do not require any physical contact with the addressee since they are delivered directly to a standard letterbox.

Colissimo Pick-up Points

Country-specific information

Germany: Since 1 June, 70% of the DPD network's collection points in Germany are once again available via Colissimo solutions. The point files that we transmit daily (or that can be accessed via web services) are up to date.

 

French Overseas Territories service offer

Currently, airlines are heavily impacted by the decline in the number of passengers resulting in a scarcity of air capacity. Colissimo Overseas delivery offers remain air-based on existing commercial flights. However, La Poste Group can use cargo flights or maritime solutions to serve ultra-marine destinations.

As of August 10, 2021, given the current health situation in Martinique and Guadeloupe, disruptions in deliveries to these territories are expected in the next 3 weeks. We will do our best to ensure the delivery of your parcels as soon as possible.

From April 1st, Colissimo Eco are sent by sea to 5 overseas departments only (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Guyana and Mayotte), with indicative D+20 lead times for Guadeloupe, Martinique, D+30 for Reunion to D + 48 for the farthest destination which is Mayotte.

Specific information by overseas departments and/or territories

 

New Caledonia: due to the health context and the lack of air links, Colissimo relies on maritime transport when necessary.

 

Worldwide service offer

Currently, airlines are heavily impacted by the sharp decline in the number of passengers resulting in a scarcity of air capacity, so longer delivery times are to be expected.

In addition, due to a lack of transport capacity, our partner Fedex no longer delivers to Australia for DDP packages until further notice. The Colissimo delivery in Delivered at Place remains active on this destination.

Given the resurgence of Covid cases, the sanitary measures put in place by Israel are causing very significant delays in the processing and delivery of flows to their destination. The Israeli authorities are not in a position to give an estimate of when the situation will return to normal.

Since June the 1st of 2021, Colissimo will reactivate its delivery service to the following 18 countries for all its business and private customers :
Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Netherlands Antilles (Bonnair), Netherlands Antilles (Curaçao), Netherlands Antilles (Sint Maarten), Aruba, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Island, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Laos, Monserrat, Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos Islands, St Kitts & Nevis

China :
Given the Covid context in China and the sanitary measures applied as a result, deliveries to the following Chinese provinces are subject to delays: Shanghai, Shandong, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu.

Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Mongolia, Myanmar, Syria, Yemen
