Description

N’hésitez pas à parler de ce dispositif à vos clients !   

From 17 July to 12 August 2023 inclusive, all Colissimo parcels delivered to La Poste's Point Retrait outlets and those that cannot be delivered to the home address will be placed on hold at the local post office the following day and kept for 30 calendar days (instead of the usual 15). 

So you can enjoy the summer with peace of mind and continue to place orders on your favourite shopping sites!

Our Customer Service teams will be on hand to provide information, assistance, advice and deal with any complaints, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 7pm and Saturday from 8.30am to 1pm.
