The holidays are upon us, but it's business as usual and we'll be here for you throughout the summer!
With the arrival of fine weather and the first hot days of the year, we also find ourselves in the midst of the unavoidable events of this period of the year: sales, preparing for September, above all, French and European online shoppers leaving to go on holiday.
Do not worry, all Le Groupe La Poste and Colissimo teams are working very hard to support you in your business during this key period.
For your customers
Your online shoppers can go on holiday with peace of mind as their order will be waiting for them at their usual post office until they get back.
From 12 July to 16 August 2022 inclusive, all Colissimo parcels that cannot be delivered to the home address will be placed on hold the next day in the post office where they are posted and kept for 30 calendar days (instead of the usual 15).
So you can enjoy a worry-free summer and continue to place orders on your favourite e-commerce sites!
A dedicated number for your online shoppers, to inform, assist and advise them or deal with their complaints.
Available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 7pm and Saturday from 8.30am to 1pm.
