Electronic invoicing: choose the address line for your Colissimo invoices
From 1 September 2026, companies affected by the e-invoicing reform must be able to receive their invoices in electronic format.
To continue receiving your Colissimo invoices, one piece of information becomes essential: your address line.
Good news: you can now consult it and, if necessary, modify it directly from your Colissimo Box space.
What is the address line?
The address line identifies to which approved platform your electronic invoices should be transmitted.
In most cases, this address line corresponds to your SIREN. Colissimo will therefore automatically initialize it from this information.
However, some companies may have multiple address lines, for example, to distinguish between different types of purchases or different processing entities. In this case, Colissimo cannot automatically determine which one you want to use to receive your Colissimo invoices.
Check your address line
Go now to the Invoices > Settings section of your Colissimo Box customer area, to consult the address line chosen for your invoices.
In case you have several address lines, you can then select the one you want.
In a few clicks, you can be sure that your Colissimo invoices will be transmitted with the expected address line.
Please note: only an address line that has already been declared in the e-invoicing directory can be entered.
Three situations are possible
Your company is listed in the directory with a single address line You don't have to take any action. Colissimo will automatically use the line associated with your SIREN. | Your company has multiple address lines You can select, from the Invoices > Settings section of your Colissimo Box customer area, the address line you want to use to receive your Colissimo invoices. | Your company is not yet listed in the directory Sending your invoices electronically will not be possible. Colissimo will then apply the derogatory provisions provided for by the State. |
What if your contract is attached to an inactive SIREN?
If your Colissimo contract refers to an inactive SIREN, Colissimo will not be able to identify the address line required to send your electronic invoice. In this case, your invoice cannot be generated. We invite you to contact your sales contact to update your situation or create a new account if necessary.
