How do you ensure secure delivery?

Here's how it works:

Offer the “Colissimo Domicile with signature” delivery method on your website, and specify in your order tunnel that a secure code will be sent to them to collect their order.
At the time of shipment, provide us with the recipient's telephone number and e-mail address.
On the day of delivery (before x), the recipient receives a unique code by e-mail the day before delivery and by SMS on the day of delivery.
The Colissimo driver arrives at the recipient's home (or delivery address) to hand over the parcel on presentation of the code.
Only the recipient with the correct code can take possession of the parcel.

Can't find the code?

Don't worry, the delivery driver can send him one instantly. That's why it's so important to give us your customer's contact details, not a generic one.
