Christophe Demailly presents the new Colissimo International service!

With its new dedicated international service, Colissimo aims to support the development of its e-tailer customers' export sales. It enables them to ship to the world's 7.5 billion inhabitants, while respecting local delivery practices and the environment.

Colissimo International in a nutshell:

  • A service that allows you to deliver to all your customers, to more than 220 destinations, in line with local practices: delivery is adapted to the practices in the destination country. You can ship to your customers' homes (with or without a signature), to a pickup point or to a locker.
  • A service with an attractive price and no surprises: thanks to our dense worldwide postal network (KPG and EMS) and a simple and clear price list from the first to the last mile.
  • A return service from 24 countries: you can enable your customers to return their order easily from their local post office (over 73,500 drop-off points).
  • A service that complies with our CSR commitments: you and your customers benefit from carbon neutral delivery. Colissimo is committed to offsetting all its deliveries and to investing in environmentally-friendly logistics (HQE platform, renewable electricity, soft transport, etc.).
