No, the collection agent will only come on the days you ask them to come, i.e. the day you request for a collection to be made.

Notifications are sent to you by e-mail to let you know whether your collection request has been taken into account or cancelled. The status of your requests is also available online in your Colissimo On Demand area.

You can only make one collection request per day, with a limit of 15 parcels per collection.

If you make a collection request after 1pm, you will be offered a time slot for the next working day.

Yes, you can cancel your collection until 1pm on the scheduled collection day.

  • Example 1: If you request a collection on Tuesday at 10am, you will be offered a collection in the afternoon and you have until 1pm to cancel it.
  • Example 2: If you request a collection on Tuesday at 2.30pm, a collection will be scheduled for Wednesday afternoon and you will have until 1pm on Wednesday to cancel it.
