  1. Your customer prints their return label, or retrieves it directly from the package you sent, and sticks the label on a return package.
  2. They fill out the mailbox drop-off request form: https://www.laposte.fr/expedition-bal/formulaire
  3. They drop the package in their mailbox on the agreed date. The mail carrier picks it up and leaves a pickup notice.
  4. Your customer can then track the return package at: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois

Yes, depending on the type of integration used, it is possible to register multiple return addresses for the Colissimo return France offer:

  • Via ColiShip:

Go to the left-hand menu, select “Addresses,” then click on “Add a return address.”

  • Via the Web Service for postage:

You must develop a specific line of code for each return address you wish to add.

However, for customers using a CMS, it is only possible to create a single return address for shipments.

Colissimo offers a secure code-based return solution that greatly reduces the risk of label fraud or fictitious events. This service prevents early access to the label and tracking number, thereby preventing fraudulent manipulation.
IT detection and security tools are also being developed, accompanied by an internal anti-fraud policy.

These are materials or objects that may pose a risk to humans or the environment. Hazardous materials always have a pictogram indicating the type of hazard. These include:

  • Explosive products: ammunition, firecrackers, fireworks, etc.
