Secure code return (using a QR code (2D code)) is a service included at no extra cost in the Colissimo return France offer. This service must be activated in the Colissimo Box.

If you use ColiShip or a CMS, simply opt for secure code-based returns.

The QR code is generated when your customer requests a return online. This QR code is scanned at the time of drop-off, allowing the label to be printed at a machine or counter at a post office or at many Pickup retail outlets equipped with a printer.

This service is available at all post offices (at ATMs and/or counters). It is also available at many Pickup retail outlets. A locator for eligible locations is available to your customers.

Colissimo offers a secure code-based return solution at no extra cost to you, allowing your customer to drop off their package by simply scanning a QR code (2D code) they receive, without having to print the label at home. 

By default, return labels do not have an expiration date. However, if you opt for secure code returns, the validity period is 90 days.

It is up to your company to define its return policy and decide whether or not to accept a refund based on the return period that has been set.
