In order to initiate new practices and gradually move the e-commerce market forward, La Poste brought together parcel shipping experts (La Poste teams, AFNOR experts, manufacturers, e-merchants, CSR managers, etc.) and asked them to draw up a set of consensual recommendations for designing reusable packaging.
A reference document has been published by AFNOR and is available to purchase by manufacturers and e-retailers wishing to engage in this approach.

La Poste and Colissimo have initiated the process, asked AFNOR and invited e-tailers and manufacturers to take part in working groups on two main themes: the environmental problems of packaging and the responsibility of e-commerce players in terms of CSR.
