| Energy Adjustment Coefficient (CAE) The CAE is a supplement linked to energy prices. Depending on the mode of transport used to deliver the parcel, the customer will be charged either the road energy adjustment coefficient corresponding to road transport or the air fuel adjustment coefficient corresponding to air transport. The air fuel adjustment coefficient is indexed to the price of kerosene. The road energy adjustment coefficient is based on the Colissimo transport energy mix and indexed to three types of energy: diesel/biofuel, biogas, and electricity. This coefficient is applied to the pre-tax invoice amount, after discounts (optional services, surcharges, miscellaneous costs, duties and taxes excluded) as a percentage and varies each month. Colissimo is continuing the decarbonization process it began over 10 years ago, and is accelerating the energy transition of its fleet of delivery and heavy goods vehicles.
We are gradually replacing conventional combustion-powered vehicles with more environmentally-friendly models, running on biofuels, electricity or biogas.
The Oil Adjustment Coefficient, now called the Energy Adjustment Coefficient, takes account of this development from July 1, 2024, by integrating the growing share of renewable energies in the company's energy mix.
The Energy Adjustment Coefficient is a rate applied each month to the total amount of postage, excluding options and after discounts.

Please note that since these official rates are published two months apart, the surcharge applicable in a given month M corresponds to the rate for month M-2.

- For biofuels: the index is the same as for diesel, since biofuel prices are linked to oil prices in terms of fluctuation. The index chosen is the CNR professional diesel, as it is suitable for transport with heavy goods vehicles (>7.5t), which concerns the majority of Colissimo deliveries.
- For Biogas: the index used is the monthly PEG EEX market price. This corresponds to the “PEG Monthly index €/MWh” produced by EEX, and is the average of all daily settlement prices for natural gas futures for the current month, reflecting its market value. It is not an index with a base of 100, but a price. Unit: €/MWh
- For electricity: we have chosen the Nord Pool index. The Nord Pool index refers to hourly electricity prices and volumes on the Spot market. Nord Pool is a power exchange that operates the largest electricity market in Europe. Price and volume data are provided by Nord Pool AS and are available to the public. As with PEG, this is a monthly electricity price. The unit is also in €/MWh.

For many years, Colissimo has been committed to providing you with ever more efficient, environmentally-friendly transport and delivery solutions.
Over the past 10 years, we have taken action on a number of fronts, notably with regard to buildings, the greening of our fleet of delivery vehicles and heavy goods vehicles, and the reduction of kilometers traveled. These efforts have enabled us to halve our carbon footprint per parcel over the past decade (2013-2023).
Our ambition: to be the most comprehensive, low-carbon transport and delivery solution on the market, with a Zero Net Emission trajectory by 2040.
We are continuing to invest heavily in decarbonizing our business by testing innovations that will enable us to find the best solutions to deploy tomorrow.
These actions must be carried out together.
Thus, from July 1, 2024, a decarbonization contribution of €0.03 excluding VAT per parcel will be introduced, to support the acceleration of the decarbonization process.
All parcels are concerned (home delivery, delivery to collection points and returns) to all destinations (France, Overseas and International)."

Pursuant to Decree no. 2023-1216 of December 20, 2023 raising the minimum growth wage, the hourly minimum inter-professional growth wage (SMIC) is revalued by 1.13% on January 1, 2024, bringing the gross hourly wage to 11.65 euros. As part of the compensation linked to changes in the SMIC, the gross hourly SMIC of €11.65 becomes the reference level for 2024.
How does it work?
The adjustment is made each time the SMIC is revalued during the year compared to the reference level of the gross hourly SMIC.
Where applicable, the compensation rate will be calculated according to the variation in the gross hourly SMIC in euros published monthly on the INSEE website versus the reference level of the gross hourly SMIC in force on 1 January of each year.
The increase in the SMIC will be taken into account in M+2 in terms of invoicing.
SDR surcharge for payment of delivery costs to foreign distribution operators at Leg 3 level (delivery in destination country)

The strong increase in air transport costs forces us to set up a tariff supplement for China as from 01/07/2022.
This surcharge applies to each parcel sent to China, franked with the Colissimo Domicile International offer with signature. This fixed amount may vary upwards or downwards depending on the evolution of the situation, and is available on the 15th of each month for the following month.
Example: the amount of the supplement applied on July the 1st will be available from June the 15th.
