- Ongoing or upcoming innovations, such as barge-based river delivery (planned for 2026) and cooling vests for our delivery staff during periods of high heat.
- Operational demonstrators, including our robotic arm connected to autonomous sorting robots — a system designed to improve working conditions while optimising the handling of small, unstable parcels.
- Customer experience solutions, including a smart-lock letterbox and new AI-powered delivery features: from accurate time-slot predictions at checkout to contextual, proactive notifications that ensure a seamless delivery experience.
