Declaration of accessibility
La Poste-Colissimo undertakes to make the Colissimo Box website accessible in accordance with the accessibility requirements for public websites for people with disabilities introduced by article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
To this end, La Poste-Colissimo is implementing the strategy and actions detailed in its multi-year plan.
This declaration of accessibility applies to the Colissimo Box website.
A new step is in progress:
- Audit of the 50 RGAA criteria on the Colissimo Box website in order to obtain the AA level.
Compliance status
The Colissimo Box website is currently not compliant with the RGAA accessibility guidelines, version 4 Published on 16 September 2019 - Updated on 18 April 2023.
This declaration was drawn up in October 2024 and updated in April 2025.
Tests results
The accessibility audit carried out on the Colissimo Box website using the ARA digital accessibility assessment tool by La Poste Group's in-house experts revealed that 80% of the first 25 RGAA criteria are met.

Corrections implemented
Some content on the Colissimo Box website is not accessible for the following reasons:
- The tab order is now consistent (following the logic of the visual reading order of the page => from top left to bottom right)
- Keyboard navigation (using tabs) is now possible on the home page (and sub-pages) of the Colissimo Box website.
- Focus is now visible on all elements during keyboard navigation
- Alternative text on all elements communicating information on the Colissimo Box website (images circulating information, links and buttons)
Content not accessible
- Some script-generated elements are not accessible via the keyboard or any other pointing device
- The source code generated in certain places is considered invalid
- Some information are not accessible once the style sheets are deactivated
Content not subject to the accessibility obligation
