If you have any questions about the data obtained on the delivery indicators dashboard, you can contact our technical support on 0 241 742 088, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am to 6pm
(free service + call charge).
You can also speak to your usual sales contact.
The dashboard can be accessed from the connected Colissimo Box home page by clicking on the “Piloter” button.
Raw data can be extracted by clicking on the “Extract” icon at the top right of the search filters. A .CSV file will be downloaded with all the page data according to the filters selected (account, deposit period and destination). The data extracted corresponds only to the data displayed in your delivery indicators dashboard (parcel numbers are not available).
It is possible to have this consolidated view by creating an advanced user account attached to the various accounts required. To display delivery indicators for several accounts on the same dashboard, select the desired values in the 'Accounts' filter. The data displayed on the dashboard will be consolidated.
Returned parcels correspond to parcels dispatched by recipients following a return of goods (new label - product code 8R).
Packages returned to sender correspond to various situations: instance exceeded, recipient refused, wrong address (...).
