It will apply to shipping, delivery, and return notifications, with the exception of notifications of rescheduled deliveries to pickup points and certain notifications specific to unforeseen circumstances (for example, if the delivery of the parcel is delayed).

You can include:
- A header image: preferably in vector format (ai, eps, svg). If using a pixel format image, you can send an image with a width of 640 px and a height of 150 px, or larger dimensions that respect this ratio.
- The colors of your graphic charter: maximum 3 colors, colors must be specified using a hexadecimal code, for example, #FFFFFF or #000000.
Additional visuals: up to 6 visuals with links, with tagged redirect URLs so that you can track the additional traffic generated via notifications Option to add visuals on 1 or 2 lines
If only 1 image is integrated per line: 640px wide
If 2 images are integrated per line: 320px wide per image
If 3 images are integrated per line: 210px wide per image

Your brand name will be automatically included in the subject line of notifications.
With an administrator account, log in to the Colissimo Box via the link https://www.colissimo.entreprise.laposte.fr/en/my-account, then click on Manage my offers.
Please contact your Colissimo sales representative if you do not know who the administrator of your account is.
Log in to Colissimo Box via the link https://www.colissimo.entreprise.laposte.fr/en/my-account, then click on Set up my services, Notifications tab, then click on Create a new template.
Once your details have been entered, we will send you a test template to the email address(es) provided during setup.
You can then log in to the Colissimo Box via the link https://www.colissimo.entreprise.laposte.fr/en/my-account, click on Set up my services, then the Notifications tab, and approve or reject your template.
