To subscribe to the Colissimo Collecte service offer, you must contact your Colissimo sales representative and previously subscribed to a Privilege contract.

To benefit from Colissimo Collecte, you must commit to a volume of parcels to be entrusted to us. You must be able to have your parcels collected at least three times a week. In addition to the parcels you give us, you can entrust us with a maximum of one box of letters (250 letters).

Colissimo Collecte is available in metropolitan France.

To set up the Colissimo Collecte, La Poste will contact you to set up the containers and the NFC chip to confirm proof of passage in each pick-up.

A collection agent visits your premises and scans the collection slip during the time slots specified in your contract. The collection agent will drop off new containers and pick up the full ones.
