The Parcel Tracking Tool application is available in the Tools and Services section of your customer area. To access your secure customer area, you need a login (your customer account number) and a password. This information was given to you when you opened your account. Once logged in, you will be able to access all your applications.

You must enter an address as a parameter of a Collection Point request, respecting our grammar. The Colissimo Web Service responds to the request with a list of collection points containing: the point's address, geolocation details, opening and closing times. The grammar of our Web Services is freely available on the Internet and is described in our technical documentation.
You can download our technical documentation from the Tools and Services section (Technical Documentation > Production of your send labels). This documentation contains the address of the servers that provide our Web Services as well as a description of the grammar to be used to formulate your requests.
The grammar of our Web Services is available by adding the suffix "?wsdl" to the Web Service address.
