Using your printer :
In the event of a malfunction, contact the service centre, which will help you solve the problem.
Open on Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
A 24-hour replacement service for your printer will be offered in the event of a breakdown.
We will take care of its replacement (same day shipping if the request is made before 4pm and D+1 if the request is made after 4pm) and we will take care of collecting the printer from your location. In accordance with our CSR commitment, the equipment will be repaired and put back into circulation.
