  • please note that goods for NETHERLANDS ANTILLES must have the following documents attached : 4 copies of form CN23 and 2 copies of commercial invoice or pro forma invoice. The CN23 form is used to justify the nature, value and origin of shipments. It is required for international shipments to overseas territories and certain specific territories in Europe.
