For dispatched parcels: To benefit from transport labels compliant at all times and to make it easier to branch out to the international market. An integrated system.

Specific development solution:

Develop your own transport labels and EDI flows in compliance with Colissimo's stringent specifications. Generate the labels and print them using your own applications. Important: This solution does not apply to the Colissimo International services (Web Solution services).

Choosing this solution means that the labels need to be approved by Colissimo's technical team, and requires you to update the labels and have them approved again every time the Colissimo service is updated.

To enable your clients to track the delivery of their parcels directly from your website.

Specific development solution:

Integrate into your IT systems the data concerning the processing of your parcels that Colissimo provides for you on your FTP server via a flat EDI file.

Choosing this solution requires you to provide Colissimo a server on which to deposit files, implement EDI process with Colissimo, exploit the data from the file and reproduce tracking data for your clients.
