Colissimo's logos
Several versions of the logo have been created to ensure the legibility of the mark.
However, the use of the logotype in its reference version (in full colour and horizontal) should be preferred.
However, your command tunnels may not allow you to use this version. So below a space of 60x60pix we offer you to use the vertical version.
The main rules of application
Protection zone
The protection zone around the logo is intended to protect it from any graphic element that would interfere with its readability. The protection zone is shown below for the horizontal version of the Colissimo logo.
Exceptional version
An exceptional version of the logo in vertical construction has been created for exclusive use on e-commerce sites, when the (horizontal) reference logo cannot be applied.
Minimum size
The minimum size of the logotype ensures legibility in all circumstances.
Points of vigilance and prohibited
Application on coloured backgrounds
On a white background and exceptionally on a light background, the logotype applies in its reference version.
On a dark background, it is recommended to apply the version of the logotype with the typography in white reserve.
The prohibitions
It is imperative to comply with the application rules of the logotype. Any alteration of colour or shape of the symbol and typography is prohibited.
Thus, the following are prohibited:
- Any change in the colour of the symbol or typography
- Any change in the processing of the symbol or typography
- Any modification of the construction of the logo (except versions presented in the charter)
- Any change in the proportion of the logotype
- The use of typography without the symbol
- The writing of the brand name ”Colissimo” in its logotypic typography, both in a title and in current text
- The use of the logo on a visual background that does not allow its legibility
- The application of the logotype in its reference version on a background color too close to one of its colors
- The addition of elements in the logotype or in its protection zone (text, number, shaded...).

The Colissimo Pick-up Point widget allows for a quick and easy installation in your order tunnel. It is based on a tool developed and hosted by La Poste - Colissimo.

Colissimo Domicile– no signature
Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48 hours, directly in your mailbox.If it is not big enough and you are absent, a notice of passage will be deposited to you allowing you to choose on the Internet a new delivery date within 6 working days or to pick up your parcel the next day 15h in the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you will be able to pick up your package at your home post office within 15 days.Follow the routing of your parcel at any time on www.laposte.fr
Colissimo Domicile– with signature
Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48 hours and delivered against signature. If you are absent, a notice of passage will be deposited to you allowing you to choose on the Internet a new delivery date within 6 working days or to pick up your parcel the next day 15h in the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you will be able to pick up your package at your home post office within 15 days. Follow the routing of your parcel at any time on www.laposte.fr
Colissimo Point Retrait
With Colissimo Point Withdrawal you have several withdrawal methods to pick up your parcel.
– PostOffice , you can choose the establishment in which you want to be delivered (without having to pass your bill at home) among the 9,500 post offices available throughout metropolitan France.
Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 business days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

– relais Pickup , you can choose one of the 16,000 local retailers on the Pickup network, close to your home, workplace or holiday, where you want to be delivered.
Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 business days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

– Pickup Station You can choose one of the 500 automatic pick-up instructions to have your package delivered. Set up on your route (train station, metro, parking, shopping malls, etc.) they are accessible 7/7 and 24/24 (except instructions subject to shopping mall schedules and transport areas)
Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. This will provide you with your pick-up codes allowing you to pick up your package for 3 business days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.
